Rye Flour
Hi! I have some Rye flour that was transferred to a ziplock bag and then stored in a plastic bin in my pantry. It is a few years old but it doesn't smell or taste rancid. Is it possible that it hasn't gone bad? Thanks!

with some of it and see how it takes the heat and how it smells and tastes. Yes it is possible. ...but it might taste like cardboard.
