I agree...these ladies have some awesome skills! Too bad we couldn't sample...what's not to love about butter, lard and cheese baked into flaky dough? I'd weigh 800 pounds if I lived there! Thanks for sharing!
I've always wanted one of those oklava rolling pins. I mean, you can make ultra flakey deliciousness without having to deal with the soul-crushing drudgery of making puff pastry or croissants (not a huge fan of lamination...). But then again, it's not like I have the counterspace to roll stuff out that thin lol.
Thanks, I loved the video. When you see things like this, it really drives home that you don't need the best of materials and work spaces - that table is the bomb.
