Couche needed for baguettes
I don’t have any couche. Should I just form my baguettes and lay them proof on a covered tray? Or should I go through the hassle of flouring your a dish towel?

on his jeans. Guess lack of activity is good for... well to make a long story short, I couldn't sew the seam back together so I ....commandeered the legs! Cut them right off and undid one seam on each leg and squared up the corners. Zigzagged the cut edges and now I have home made couches! The heavy cotton works great after a good washing. Then work in the flour, use and hang outside to shake off and dry well before folding and storing in a zipper bag or big glass jar between uses.
I hadn't heard of storing couche in sealed containers. What is the reasoning behind that?
which is not stated on your info page. Keeps bugs and humidity out perhaps and keep home kitchen clean, reduce dust. Discourage "house animals." :)
