Cinnamon Buns!

After just reading TheGreenBaker's post about craving cinnamon buns, I realized I hadn't yet posted the ones I made on Sunday. Sorry for the torture! I couldn't help myself. They were SO good.

 I used Carole Walter's Simple Sweet Dough Recipe from her book Great Coffee Cakes, Sticky Buns, Muffins & More. I then rubbedLOTS of soft butter on the rolled out dough and lots of dark brown sugar, then cinnamon. Cream Cheese frosting, as all cinnamon buns should have.
