There's no demonstration on a rustic loaf. ???
only available in China, Vietnam and Singapore. They are supposedly make for baguettes.though nothing rustic about them though and pretty small. Bet the knife costs at least $300 too:-)
Might have to do a little re-wiring in the kitchen. I followed the link to specs for the knife and it requires 220v.
