New Online Sourdough Baking Courses

Hey everyone :)

Hope you're all well.

This is my first time posting and I know many forums have strict guidelines regarding promotion so apologies in advance if that's the case here too but I couldn't find anything in the small print and thought this would be of interest to you fellow baker.

I've been working with pioneering baker and author, Vanessa Kimbell, to setup an e-learning service called The Sourdough Club that provides video training courses on sourdough baking, nutrition and the digestibility of bread.

Vanessa is the founder of the Sourdough School, an internationally renowned, award winning educational institute based in the UK that teaches the art of slow-fermented sourdough baking.  The school is unique in that it teaches the science alongside the baking, helping students not only bake like the pros but also understand nutrition and the digestibility of bread.

Vanessa, is pioneering in her field and through her research is on course to prove that slow fermented foods can help repopulate the gut microbiome and alleviate some of the symptoms caused by auto-immune diseases, such as IBS, Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis and gluten sensitivity.

The school is now so popular that it is fully booked for months in advance, so Vanessa and co are developing the Sourdough Club to share the knowledge about baking and the positive effects sourdough can have of our health with a wider audience.

We setup a crowdfunding campaign to fund the development of this service; it went live on 1st November and was fully funded within three days!  The campaign continues till 10th December, so if this sounds like it would be of interest to you, we'd love you to join us.  The campaign page can be found here:

Thank for reading and happy baking!
