Starter is looking good
Today the starter is looking real good.
It doubled in size overnight.
I'll probably try baking with it tomorrow.

Oh yeah! It's really looking great. What kind of bread are you going to make?
I was just trying to figure that out.
Your deluxe sourdough sounds really good, but for a first loaf I want to stick with something simpler so I can focus on the performance and flavor of the starter. I suspect I'll start with just a sour french bread.
