Made some bread with red mexican wheat, freshly milled at home. I made a combination with regular AP flour. I removed the coarsest part of the bran and toasted in the skillet, and then, when cool, added to the dough to increase aroma. Whole wheat bread can be goodlooking and beautiful.

That is amazing Abel, Can you please mention a bit about the method you used to get such a perfect loaf and oven spring?

I really like the idea of toasting the bran and re-introducing it to the party.
