Trying to launch a flour company and sell organic high-extraction flour that's fresh!

Hi all,

I'm a bread baker and longtime fan of local flour. Six months ago I started working on a company focused on milling organic grain fresh to get it in the hands of bakers much faster than through a grocery store or other online retailer.

We keep the grain whole until you order it, then stone mill it and pack it in resealable pouches. The flour is at your door within a week and the difference in flavor is obvious and profound.
