Bierocks Recipe

My grandma used to make these when i was a child. She & her family came to the usa & settled in north dakota when she was a very young child.

I would love to have a recipe for bierocks (although i don't think that's what she called them). All of my cousins loved them also but none of us ever got the recipe. sigh.

I'm hoping one of the TFLers will have a recipe or something similar.

Both of my grandparents were born in the Bavarian region of Germany; they used to say they were from the Black Forest area.
