"On The Rise: The Future of Bread" Symposium May 22-23

I see that Peter Reinhart has organized a conference called On The Rise: The Future of Bread to be held at Johnson & Wales Charlotte, NC campus on May 22 and 23, 2017.

There some big hitters are attending: Chad Robertson of Tartine Bread fame, Francisco Migoya, co-author of the upcoming Modernist Bread, and Wolfgang Mock of Mockmill fame, among others. Not to mention Peter himself. 

Tickets are super reasonable at $130 for the two day conference. It sounds like attendance is capped at fewer than 200 people. If you live in the area or can get there easily, it looks like it'll be quite an event!
