That looks like a stick to your ribs type of bread. Love the look!

How does it taste?

I laughed when I read the "the loaf should sound hollow when tapped". This is just nuts and seed bound with eggs. Why not just eat the nuts in a bowl with  little salt?

I haven't made the "bread," I saw it on facebook and thought I'd share.

Agreed on the definition of "bread" ... doesn't seem bread-like to me at all. Nut bar (as clazar mentioned) is more like it!

plenty of carbs, fats, protein and minerals.... the basic whole wheat bread might look similar if it wasn't milled.

I would call it a "vollkorn" and it is a loaf.   It could just as easily be called a "fruit cake" or a "nut cake" or a "nut loaf."

They must have had great digestive tracts and teeth!

subtract the fiber from the carbs and you're left with practically nothing, so it is low carb and digesting all those goodies takes calories to digest.  The calories are in the fats and if no sugar is eaten...great food!

The bread is made of 6cups of nuts and seeds oil and eggs. Thus, the weight is as I recall about 1kg. I world never eat 1/10 og the bread as a serving you would get a fatty liver as a result.

I have made the bread when I was living Paleo...You get at least 20 if not more slices out of one loaf. It's very well tasting. A variation is to take 10%og each of the seeds put and replace them with dried Cranberries. Yummy is so good with cheese.

It says 'stone age style' bread and recommends one to be inventive with nuts and seeds they like.  

for existing and This one more likely came about (my theory) because the favourite bits and nuts disappeared out of the nut & seed mix first leaving the rest for the late comers.  Having everything mixed up in one loaf, slice for slice evens out the mixture so even the last slice has the goody bits.   Many of the seeds have complementary flavours and when eaten alone, one can miss out on complex flavours.  And baking, well, toasting always brings out wonderful flavours no matter how many vitamins are killed.   :P   :)
