Moulin Auguste T55/65 for Baguettes
Has anyone used Moulin Auguste T55 and / or T65. Just received a shipment and now have 30lbs of the stuff and wondering if anyone has any experience? So far I have it on cold retard and am really freaked out by how smooth the dough is. Should be interesting to see the final result :)
