Czech and German recipe

   Thanks David,I have lot 's of books on how to bake breads,but not on German or Czech.The reason is some my friends ask me if I have any recipe on those breads and make them for them.I have 16000 books on cooking and baking,and I do not want any more books because I do not have any space for them.I just need one or two recipes that it. Thank you for helping me and I will go to the library and have look if there are any Czech or German recipe.I was looking for them for long time. Thank you for your help.
