You know you're a baker when
Not sure where to post this, but you know you are a baker when you sweep the kitchen floor and all you find is toasted cornmeal which fell out of the oven when you pulled the parchment paper, A

Annie, my floor is like that more times than I can remember. And if it weren't for the flour, I wouldn't mind the fact that my kitchen cupboards presently have no drawer fronts. (OK, I might, but not as much!)
