Hi people, I have been baking a few Holiday Breads here, just sharing the images, they all turned out really good. I am taking these to office and my team loved them all.

Let me know what you think of these.

These are 375gms 3.5”x5.5” stolen mainly to send as gifts to people and to sell.

How thoughtful and delicious! Happy Holidays, Farah!

Hi, thanks for appreciating, I have used the Brioche recipe from the Artisan Bread in 5 Minute new edition. Here is the complete guideline as to how to make them. However the authors presented it as Wreathe bread whereas  this shape is traditional Danish and Scandinavian Kringle.http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/2014/12/12/cinnamon-brioche-wreath-and-a-book-giveaway

Here goes Artos the Greek Celebration Bread recipe from BBA by Peter Reinhart. I have added figs, toasted walnuts, and mixed currants in the Artos dough and braided it. The finished dough is glazed with melted sugar and orange extract.

Any of these would make a wonderful gift. It's so true that we eat first with our eyes.

Happy Holidays!
