Finally got my mitts on a Cockleshell Madeleine pan, woohoo!
Swiped the basic recipe for these from David Lebovitz's site (his were scallops.) Only added the chocolate chips because I had halved the recipe but then came up a bit short for the sixteen Madeleines I was baking in the cockleshell pans. Can't say I taste the Meyer lemon I threw in, oh well.
