Yoghurt and bread. It’s delicious.
100 ml of water
175 g of yogurt
3 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar, 20%
700 g flour
30 g yeast

A sourdough made yesterday.
yeast:
140 ml of water
150 g flour
1 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon salt
20 g of yeast
The inner diameter of 23 cm in Jena.
Height of 10 cm
The Jena ráborítani roof I could not, so I put baking paper on top so as not to burn.

I still have Jena glass from the 1940s from my mother :)
to 400 ml with 700 grams of flour that came out ok.
I also used one half of the yeast. The yoghurt tastes very nice in the dough.
But I have a curiosity: does your vinegar has 20% acidity? I've never seen one with more than 7%!
I used apple cider which didnt come close to 20 but the bread is a nice soft white for toast.
