That is great. I love how nice and defined are lines on your bread even after baking. Can you tell me a bit more how do you do it. I make some type of family celebration bread that is decorated with unleavened dough. The main challenge is to have them stay in proportion and place where I meant them to be. After baking they are repositioned due to bread rising.
