Yes it was very easy to do and it was very good... I would really like to find out how to make this with whole wheat... Then I wouldn't feel so guilty eating it :)

Whole Wheat NYT Bread
If you search around this site you'll see that a lot of members have used different grains to make this bread, especially whole wheat. I have too and the results have always been very good. Good luck and enjoy!. weavershouse
