Super Bowl pizza
I had a busy weekend and did not bake this weekend. First time in quite some time, actually.
I don't think I ever posted the BBQ Chicken Pizza I made during the Super Bowl.
The crust is Peter's Neo-Neapolitan recipe that is my standard. Cheap store-brand BBQ sauce as the sauce, chicken breast, cilantro, red onions, and a mixture of chedder and mozarella. Super simple and the kids loved it.
I made Current Cream Buns that weekend too but they got gobbled up before I could take a picture.
The other thing I've been making recently are Crepes. Our new favorite filling is a pat of butter, a scant teaspoon of sugar, and a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Super simple but absolutely delicious!

Hi,..is this Floyd's pizzeria?
I'd like to order a pizza just like the one in this post. Do you deliver to Vancouver Island by any chance? Your pizza looks delicious Floyd. I made a very similar one last week, but with BBQ pork. Hard to beat a fresh homemade pizza!
oooh! BBQ pork like the Chinese style BBQ pork? That sounds like it could be *really* interesting!
Not Chinese style , but a Southern US style slow cooked pork butt, the kind you'd have in a pulled pork sandwich. I had some leftover Q and wanted to use it up, so cut it up in medium dice for the main topping. Hard to go wrong with BBQ pork no matter what type.

mmmm slow cooked pulled pork sounds divine too.
What a hit with the kids! My grandkids absolutely looove BBQ Chix Pizza! My tastebuds have not advanced that far yet...maybe I should give one a taste...they keep telling me how great it is ....and yours looks fantastic!
I can only see the top quarter of your first photo the rest is grey..but I can see all the great looking finished pizza in the second photo..it's something to do with the downloading I think on my MacBookPro...sometimes this happens!
