When is ciabatta not a ciabatta?
I used Floyd ciabatta recipe for this loaf. I added 2 cups WW to 6 cups AP. Halved the yeast and salt. I fermented in the fridge for 6 hours, folded twice.
I loved the crust and crumb of this bread ( not a true ciabatta)...
