From Cape Cod bog's - Cranberry Walnut Bread
I spent my summers on Cape Cod where there were cranberry bogs in our back yard. After the harvest was over there were often many berries just lying on top of the bog that got missed in the harvest and we would collect them and make muffins, cranberry bread and mix them with apple pie - they add a little tartness to the pie that I really like.

This looks wonderful! Do you think I could use frozen cranberries in this recipe? I would think that I would have to thaw them first.
You can use frozen in fact I freeze all my cranberries because I can only buy them in November in Switzerland. Do not defrost them just add them to the batter.
They last me the entire year frozen, that is if I don't use them all before I can buy them again.
