looking for bread recipes from Patagonia, Chili
these are kind of hard to find on the internet. Help is appreciated.

Why specifically Patagonia? For recipes that work at high altitude, or some other reason?

Jeremy, we have a guest, a student, from Chili in our home. Would like to surprive him. btw, I live at -3.6 meters (that is 10.8 feet below sea level).

Of course, if you could get hold of some monkey puzzle nuts (Araucaria araucana) that'd probably be an immense surprise. Come to think of it, they'd be awesome in a foccacia instead of teeny little pinoli.

That should be Patagonia, Chile....
