Of course, if you could get hold of some monkey puzzle nuts (Araucaria araucana) that'd probably be an immense surprise. Come to think of it, they'd be awesome in a foccacia instead of teeny little pinoli.
Why specifically Patagonia? For recipes that work at high altitude, or some other reason?
