I haven't had the energy to bake lately and have been buying Dave's Killer Bread. Five grams of fiber a slice! I hope that they aren't doing anything like that but ... if they're selling dozens of loaves a day just to my local Safeway, in Honolulu, they must be taking shortcuts. 

Guess I need to start baking again.
