Txfarmer's Book Available

Hi all,

I have looked off and on over the years.  This time I was able to find Txfarmer's Chinese-language blog, which has no new posts since 2017 but does have a post about her book, Beloved Bread. I used the built-in translator in Chrome to browse the blog. There are lots of wonderful dessert and baking recipes. You can check it out here: https://blog.sina.cn/dpool/blog/u/1578477330#type=-1

I just wanted to share since I know that her TFL posts continue to be a profound resource and inspiration for many others here as well as for myself.

I am so glad to see she published. I hope it makes it to the english-translated market! Her posts were transformative for me early on in my journey as a beginning baker.

I still go to her posts all the time! Especially her whole wheat bakes. So much useful info, and the photos of fully developed/kneaded dough are super helpful.
