Curious on folks' favorite multi-grain mix?

Hamelman's 5 Grain Levain is wonderful. It's a treat, but, for me, it's too much for an everyday bread. For that, my own multigrain sourdough is my favorite. I can eat it 3 meals a day and often have. Multi-grain sourdough bread made with home-milled flours August 12, 2018
