Potato flakes in WW bread
I've recently been using potato flakes in my WW sandwich breads and I love it!
My question for you all is, would you also add the flakes for a quick bread with WW? I've got some over ripe bananas ready for banana bread or muffins, and I'm curious if anyone has used potato flakes in yeastless breads with success? Is it necessary? Thoughts?

You never know. However, the potato flakes generally add moisture and most tea breads, like banana bread, are plenty moist.
